Home bred, grass fed, Farm Assured, GM free, fully traceable Longhorn Beef.
New 11Kg Boxes which contain at least 2 each of Ribeye, Sirloin and Rump Steaks and a Fillet Steak. Are least 2 good sized Joints (1of which is Topside), at least 6 packs of mince (500g) as well as packs of stewing steak and braising steak and pack of 4 burgers.

Our beef is all grass fed, slow matured and the meat is properly dry aged for least 20 days are professionally butchered and vacuum packed. The Longhorns are registered pedigree herd, are Red Tractor Farm Assured and the beef is fully traceable from field to fork. The food miles are minimal, the farm from berth and butchered locally.
